Upon learning the results a short counseling discussion with Research Medical Center clinical staff will advise participants whether they are in optimum health should address any of the conditions or follow up with their primary care physician. In addition to offering these free physicals Dr. Oz will compile the information with assistance from Practice Fusion an Electronic Medical Records company and provide Kansas City with a health report card at the end of the day.
